Exchange Policy

An exchange will be made if:
1. We delivered the wrong colour of the product that our customer has ordered.
2. We delivered the wrong size of the product that our customer has ordered.
3. The product is torn/damaged at the time of delivery after the customer has checked the product and informed us immediately.

Item tag must NOT be removed in order for any exchange to be done. We allow exchange within 4 days after receiving the item.

For item which we have delivered to customer in the correct size and colour and customer would like to make an exchange for another size / colour / design, there will be an additional charge of min. SGD15.00 to cover the shipment cost (2-way) and it takes around 2-3 weeks time.



Refund Policy

A full refund of the product paid will be made if:
1. The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.
2. Customer wishes to withdraw before the order has been processed.
Once the order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded.
