We delivered the wrong <em>colour </em>of the product that our customer has ordered.<br />2. We delivered the wrong <em>size</em> of the product that our customer has ordered.<br />3. The product is<em> torn/damaged</em> at the time of delivery after the customer has checked the product and informed us immediately.<br /><br />Item tag must NOT be removed in order for any exchange to be done. We allow exchange within 4 days after receiving the item.<br /></span></span></strong><br /><strong><span style="font-family:lucida grande;font-size:130%;">For item which we have delivered to customer in the correct size and colour and customer would like to make an exchange for another size / colour / design, there will be an additional charge of min.
